Hosting

The fidstar.com website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

The FidStar service (cards, sign-up pages, app) is hosted by Google Ireland Limited (Google Cloud and Firebase), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, on servers located in the European Union (Paris region). The database is hosted by Supabase in a data centre located in the European Union.

Intellectual property

The FidStar name, logo, texts, visuals and code are the property of Youssef Lahmer (Yomax Group). Any reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited. The shops mentioned as examples on this site (“Golden Bakery”) are fictitious. Apple Wallet is a trademark of Apple Inc.; Google Wallet is a trademark of Google LLC.

Personal data

The information sent through the contact form (name, shop, email or phone, message) is only used to reply to you. It is transmitted by the FormSubmit service to Yomax Group's mailbox and is never sold or used for advertising. It is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for at most 3 years if no business relationship follows.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

The data of customers who use a FidStar card is described on the “Your data” page (in French). The terms applicable to merchants are set out in the merchant terms and conditions (in French), which are the only legally binding version.
